Provider

Taskpile is provided by Refleksion · Planlægning · Handling (CVR-no. DK45818659). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you enter an agreement with us. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The service

Taskpile is a task-management product with first-class support for AI assistants via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the product.

Beta period

During the public beta, Taskpile is offered free of charge to all users. No credit card is required. Functionality may change, break, or be removed without notice as we iterate. We will give reasonable notice before exiting beta and before any billing begins.

Acceptable use

You may only store tasks and content you have the right to store. You must not misuse the service — including illegal use, fraud, spam, infringement of third-party intellectual property, automated scraping, intrusion, malware, evading fair-use limits, or attempts to probe the service's security.

The fair-use limits described on the pricing page and in our help center are part of these terms. Examples of abuse include storing base64-encoded binary blobs in task notes, scripted bulk creation beyond reasonable human use, and circumventing rate limits.

Intellectual property

Refleksion · Planlægning · Handling owns all rights to the Taskpile service, including software, documentation, design, trademarks, and logos. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service within your chosen plan. Reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution is not permitted.

You retain all rights to the content you create in Taskpile (your tasks, notes, projects). We process it solely to provide the service.

Payment and subscription

Once we exit beta, paid plans are billed through our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is Merchant of Record for all orders. Paddle handles all customer service regarding payment and refunds. Payment, invoicing, tax, cancellation, and refund terms follow Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of these terms. Upon termination you will have a reasonable window to export your data.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect loss, consequential damage, lost profits, or data loss. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes will be decided by the Danish courts, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
