Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you change your mind within 14 days of any payment, you get a full refund. No questions, no retention calls.

How to request a refund

Write to inbox@taskpile.app with the email address on your account. We'll initiate the refund through Paddle within two business days. Funds typically arrive back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

After the 14-day window

Outside the 14-day window, refunds are at our discretion. We'll consider them case-by-case — if Taskpile broke and we couldn't fix it, or you were billed in error, just let us know.

Cancellation vs refund

These are different things. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep paid access until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free. A refund returns money you already paid. You can do either, both, or neither.

Beta users

During the public beta, Taskpile is free — there is nothing to refund. We're including this page now so the policy is in place when we exit beta.

Merchant of Record

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply.
