Delete your Taskpile account
You can delete your Taskpile account and everything in it yourself, at any time, in the app on your phone or on the website. Taskpile is made by Refleksion · Planlægning · Handling (CVR-no. DK45818659).
How to delete it
- Sign in at taskpile.app, or open the Taskpile app.
- Go to Settings > Data.
- Choose Delete account, and type your email address to confirm.
If you own a team that has other members, hand it over or delete it first.
If you cannot sign in
Write to inbox@taskpile.app from the address on the account, and we delete it for you within a month, as GDPR requires.
What is deleted
At once: your tasks, projects, notes, tags, settings, sign-in methods, API tokens and the devices registered for notifications. A running subscription is cancelled first, so you are never charged again, and if you signed in with Apple, that sign-in is revoked with Apple.
What is kept
- Billing records, for up to 5 years, as Danish accounting law requires.
- Analytics events and error reports, no longer linked to you, until they expire after 24 months and 30 days.
- Feedback you sent us, no longer linked to you, for up to 24 months.
